FusionCast™: Composite Metal Casting Technology
Casting with the Revolutionary and Economical FusionCast™ Process to create Dimensional Signage and Memorial Products that are beyond comparison with Traditional Casting Methods.
What is FusionCast™?

FusionCast™ is a revolutionary process that creates composite metal castings with high density urethane. The process directs the metal to the surface of the casting and leaving the high density urethane at the back of the casting.
This revolutionary process allows for amazing texturing of metal castings. We can replicate brick, granite, pebbles, plastic, sand, river rock and so much more.

Endless Possibilities with FusionCast™
With the FusionCast™ technology the design of the casting is completely customizable of the cast any texture or image can be textured to create dimensional signage. To create even more realistic textures more than one metal can be incorporated into the casting.
Image Texturing
Using an image supplied by the client our FusionCast™ process can texture the metal casting to replicate the image supplied.

Multi-Metal Casting
Traditional methods of metal casting are limited to one metal in the casting; not FusionCast™. Our revolutionary process can combine multiple metals in a single metal casting.

FusionCast™ is Economical
With the constant increase in the price of metals creating full metal castings are becoming more and more expensive. Unlike the traditional methods, FusionCast™ only uses metal on the surface of the casting where you want it.
Less metal in the casting means less overall weight. Shipping costs are reduced with a light casting and the mounting options are more flexible. Many of the plaques can hang on a wall like a picture frame.
FusionCast™ is Eco Responsible
FusionCast Technology's manufacturing process is more environmentally responsible than traditional methods.
The benefits include:
- Toxic emissions all but eliminated
- 95% of our molds are reusable
- We recycle/reuse the vast majority of by-products during manufacturing
